Wheat Germ Biscuit
Ingredients
-> 250 gm salted butter
-> 200 gm icing sugar
-> 2 egg yolk
-> 200 gm wheat germ
-> 250 gm plain flour
-> 2 tsp baking powder
Method
-> Combine butter and icing sugar, beat until creamy, add in egg yolk, well stir
-> Combine flour and baking powder and sifted
-> Add in wheat germ, then pour mixture into butter mixture and well beat
-> Use piping bag to squeeze mixture into round shape
-> Preheat oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes
小麦胚芽饼
成分
-> 250克盐味牛油
-> 200克糖粉
-> 2粒蛋黄
-> 200克小麦胚芽
-> 250克普通面粉
-> 2茶匙发粉
做法
-> 将盐味牛油和糖粉混合搅拌至松白,然后加入蛋黄搅拌均匀,形成牛油混合物
-> 普通面粉和发粉混合后过筛,加入小麦胚芽搅拌均匀
-> 倒入牛油混合物中搅拌均匀
-> 用挤花袋挤出饼团在油纸上
-> 放入烤炉以200°C烘烤20分钟
