Crispy Batter (炸脆浆)

Crispy Batter

-> 100 gm flour
-> 2 tsp baking powder
-> 2 tbsp custard powder
-> 2 tbsp corn flour
-> 4 tbsp rice flour
-> 6 tbsp oil
-> 1 bowl  water
-> 0.5 tsp salt

Method
-> Combine all ingredient for crispy batter




炸脆浆
-> 100克面粉
-> 2茶匙发粉
-> 2汤匙蛋黄粉
-> 2汤匙玉米粉
-> 4汤匙占米粉
-> 6汤匙油
-> 1碗水
-> 0.5茶匙盐

做法
-> 将炸脆浆搅拌均匀
