Fried Crispy Vegetarian Fish Strip
Ingredients
-> 150 gm tau bao
Marinade
-> 0.25 tsp sugar
-> 0.25 tsp salt
-> 0.125 tsp five spice powder
-> 0.125 tsp pepper
-> 0.5 tsp sesame oil
Crispy batter
-> 100 gm flour
-> 2 tsp baking powder
-> 2 tbsp custard powder
-> 2 tbsp corn flour
-> 4 tbsp rice flour
-> 6 tbsp oil
-> 1 bowl water
-> 0.5 tsp salt
Decoration
-> Cucumber, tomato, chili sauce
Method
-> Combine all ingredient for crispy batter and put aside
-> Marinade the soft bean curd skins for 15 minutes
-> Cut into 2 cm weight strips
-> Coat with crispy batter, deep fry until golden brown
-> Dish out with cucumber, tomato and chili sauce
酥炸素鱼条
材料
-> 150克豆包
调味料
-> 0.25茶匙糖
-> 0.25小匙盐
-> 0.125茶匙五香粉
-> 0.125茶匙胡椒粉
-> 0.5茶匙麻油
炸脆浆
-> 100克面粉
-> 2茶匙发粉
-> 2汤匙蛋黄粉
-> 2汤匙玉米粉
-> 4汤匙占米粉
-> 6汤匙油
-> 1碗水
-> 0.5茶匙盐
装饰
-> 小黄瓜,番茄,辣椒酱
做法
-> 将炸脆浆搅拌均匀,备用
-> 将调味料腌豆包15分钟入味,顺着纹路剪成2公分宽的粗条
-> 沾上炸脆浆,炸至金黄色
-> 配上小黄瓜,番茄,辣椒酱一起享用
