Ingredient
-> 2 tbsp butter
-> 2 slices of cheese
-> 0.5 cup of milk
-> 2 tbsp of shaoxing wine
Method
-> Melt butter with low heat, add in ingredient and some corn flour
-> Stir fry with low heat become the sauce
