Sambal Fried Rice
Ingredients
-> 8 bowls of cooked rice
-> 200 gm prawns
-> 200 gm chicken meat
-> 6 eggs (beaten)
-> 100 gm dried prawns (soaked and pounded)
-> 1 tsp salt
-> 2 tsp chicken powder
Ingredient for Sambal
-> 250 gm onions
-> 50 gm belachan
-> 100 gm chili boh
Method
-> Heat up the oil in a kuali, pour in the beaten egg and fry until cooked
-> Dish it out and set aside
-> Heat some oil in the kuali and add in the ingredients for the sambal
-> Stir fry the ingredients until fragrant
-> Then add in the dried prawns, chicken and prawns
-> Stir fry them for a while, then add in the cooked rice and chicken powder
-> Continue frying until it are well mixed
-> Lastly add in the egg, mix well
三岜炒饭
成分
-> 8碗米饭
-> 200克虾
-> 200克鸡肉 (切块)
-> 6粒鸡蛋(打散)
-> 100克虾米(洗净沥干)
-> 1茶匙盐
-> 2茶匙鸡精粉
三岜成分
-> 250克洋葱
-> 50克马来栈
-> 100克辣椒糊
做法
-> 烧热油锅,倒入鸡蛋煎熟,盛出,备用
-> 再烧热油锅,将三岜成分加入炒香
-> 加入虾米,鸡肉块和虾炒熟
-> 把白饭,盐和鸡精粉加入炒均匀
-> 把炒好的鸡蛋加入,炒拌均匀
