Assam Prawns (阿参膏虾)

Assam Prawns

Ingredients
-> 1 kg medium size prawns

Condiment
-> 100 gm assam (mixed with 4 tbsp water)
-> 1 tbsp sugar
-> 1 tsp salt

Method
-> Trim the heads and tails of the prawns
-> Season the prawns with assam, sugar and salt for at least 1.5 hour
-> Fry the prawns with oil in a kwali until cooked




阿参膏虾

成分
-> 1公斤中明 

腌料 
- >100阿参膏(4汤匙水搅拌均匀
- >1汤匙糖
- >1茶匙盐

做法
-> 修剪虾头和虾尾
-> 100阿参膏, 1汤匙糖 , 1茶匙盐混合搅拌均匀,形成调味料
-> 用调味料将虾腌制至少30分钟
-> 锅放食油,烧热,用慢火把虾煎熟
