Sunflower Seed Cookies (葵花籽曲奇)

Sunflower Seed Cookies

Ingredients

A:
-> 170 gm salted butter
-> 150 gm icing sugar

B:
-> 1 tsp butter vanilla
-> 80 gm milk

C:
-> 350 gm superfine flour
-> 7 gm baking powder
-> 28 gm corn flour
-> 220 gm sunflower seed

D:
-> Egg yolk

Method:
-> Sift superfine flour, baking powder and corn flour
-> Combine ingredient A into a bowl until creamy as second speed
-> Continue to put in ingredient B step  by step, beat for about 2 minutes
-> Lastly put in ingredient C and beat as slow speed for about 1 minutes
-> Divide the dough many portions
-> Roll into round and press lightly
-> Glaze with egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 190 °C for about 15 minutes




葵花籽曲奇

成分

A:
- >170克无盐牛油
- >150糖粉

B:
- >1茶匙华尼拉香精
- >80牛奶

C:
- >350克低筋面
- >7
- >28玉米粉
- >220葵花籽

D:
- >蛋黄

方法
-> 将
低筋面粉,粉和玉米粉过筛, 备用
-> 将A料倒入搅拌机里, 中速度搅拌至松发
-> 倒入B料搅拌2分钟,最后倒入C料
-> 慢速度搅拌1分钟至均匀
-> 把烤炉预热至190 °C
-> 取出粉团,弄成小圆球,稍微压扁,涂上蛋黄
-> 放入烤炉,烘烤15至20分钟
