Lou Han Taufu
Ingredient
-> 2 soft bean curd
-> 200 gm cauliflower
-> 10 fried gluten puffs
-> 10 fresh mushroom
-> 1 packet gingko nuts
-> 50 gm carrot (blanch and drain)
-> 10 gm dried black moss (soaked)
-> 2 fried bean curd stick (soaked)
-> 5 gm black fungi
Condiment
-> 4 slide ginger
-> 3 tbsp oil
-> 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
-> 1 tbsp light soya sauce
-> 2 tsp sugar
-> 1 tsp salt
-> 2 tsp mushroom msg
-> 1.5 bowl water
Method
-> Bean curd cut into cube and deep fries until golden brown, put aside
-> Blanch cauliflower abd drain, put aside
-> Heat oil in wok, add in ginger slide fry until fragrant, add in fresh mushroom
-> Then add in ingredient and condiment simmer for a while
-> Thicken with a little starch
罗汉豆腐
材料
-> 2块生花豆腐
-> 200克包菜花
-> 10粒生筋卜
-> 10朵鲜冬菇
-> 1包鲜白果
-> 50克红萝卜(烫软)
-> 10克发菜(浸软)
-> 2炸腐竹(浸软)
-> 5克黑木耳
调味料
-> 4片姜片
-> 3大汤匙油
-> 1大匙素蚝油
-> 1大匙生抽
-> 2茶匙糖
-> 1茶匙盐
-> 2茶匙香菇味素
-> 1.5碗水
做法
-> 豆腐切块炸至金黄色,备用
-> 包菜花用滚水煮软,备用
-> 烧热油,爆香姜片,加入鲜菇炒香
-> 然后加入所有材料和调味料焖煮片刻
-> 勾芡煮至汁浓
