East Siam Village Vegetable Soup
Ingredient
-> Add in 3 tbsp chicken stock into 1500 ml water
-> 30 gm basil
A
-> 500 gm peeled shrimps
-> 100 gm pumpkin (cubed)
-> 100 gm sweet gourd (cubed)
-> 100 gm young sweet com (cubed)
-> 50 gm straw mushroom (halved)
-> 50 gm button mushroom (halved)
-> 50 gm champignon mushroom (shredded)
B
-> 30 gm shallots
-> 20 gm chili padi
-> 20 gm ginger
-> 1 tsp balacan
-> 20 gm dried shrimps
Condiment
-> 1 tsp pepper powder
-> 2 tbsp fish sauce
-> 0.5 tbsp sugar
Method
-> Minced ingredient B, become ingredient step1
-> Blanch ingredient step 1 into boiling chicken stock
-> boil till fragrant, add in ingredient A and condiment
-> Add in basil and mix well
暹东乡味菜汤
材料
-> 添加3汤匙鸡精粉到1500毫升的水
-> 30克九层塔叶
A
-> 500克虾仁
-> 100克的南瓜(切粒)
-> 100克丝瓜(切角)
-> 100克小玉蜀黍(立方)
-> 50克草菇(切半)
-> 50克蘑菇(切半)
-> 50克鲍鱼菇(撕丝)
B
-> 30克小洋葱
-> 20克指天椒
-> 20克锁匙姜
-> 1茶匙马来栈
-> 20克虾米
调味料
-> 1茶匙胡椒粉
-> 2汤匙鱼露
-> 0.5汤匙糖
做法
-> 将B料混合捣幼,形成步骤1
-> 虾去壳,1500毫升的水煮滚加入步骤1材料煮至出味
-> 加入A料煮熟,然后加入调味料
-> 最后加入九层塔即可
