Ketupat
Ingredients
-> 150 gm white bean
-> 500 gm pulut rice
-> 250 ml santan
-> Daun palar
Condiment
-> 1 tsp salt
-> 3 tbsp sugar
Method
-> Soak the white beans and then boils until cooked
-> Soak the pulut rice for about 5 hours
-> Steam the rice in a steamer until cooked
-> Dish out the rice from the steamer and out it into a pot
-> Pour into the pot the santan which is already mixed with salt and sugar
-> Also add in the cooked white beans
-> Cook the rice again with the santan until it is well cooked
-> Use a palar leaf to make a casing, and fill it with rice
-> Wrap the rice with the palar leaf to make into the shape of a triangular ketupat
-> Lastly steam the ketupat in a steamer for 45 minutes
马来粽
成分
-> 150克眉豆
-> 500克糯米
-> 250毫升椰浆
-> Palar 叶
调味品
-> 1茶匙盐
-> 3汤匙糖
做法
-> 将眉豆浸泡至软,然后蒸熟
-> 将糯米浸泡5个小时,然后蒸熟
-> 将糯米从蒸笼取出,然后放置到煲中
-> 椰浆加入盐和糖,然后将椰浆倒入煲中
-> 加入眉豆在煲中
-> 再将糯米饭放到蒸笼去煮
-> 把palar叶做成容器,将糯米饭倒入
-> 包裹成三角形的ketupat
-> 再将ketupat放入蒸笼蒸45分钟
