Dragon Cookies (龙饼)

Dragon Cookies

Ingredients
-> 250 gm salted butter
-> 250 gm icing sugar
-> 4 egg
-> 40 gm superfine flour
-> 750 gm corn flour
-> 40 gm milk powder
-> 10 gm custard powder
-> Sufficient red color

Method
-> Combine butter and icing sugar beat till creamy. Add in egg one by one
-> Combine flour, corn flour, milk powder and custard powder and sifted
-> Add into butter mixture
-> Use piping bag to squeeze dough into S shape. Point two red color dots on the cookies as eye
-> Leave aside for 2 hours, preheat oven and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes




龙饼

成分
-> 250盐味黄油
-> 250糖粉
-> 4
-> 40克低筋面
-> 750玉米粉
-> 40克牛奶粉
-> 10克蛋黄
-> 适量红色素

做法
-> 将盐味黄油和糖粉混合搅拌至松白,
-> 然后将鸡蛋一粒接一粒倒入搅拌均匀,形成牛油混合物
-> 低筋面粉,玉米粉,奶粉和蛋黄粉混合后过筛
-> 倒入牛油混合物中搅拌均匀
-> 把粉团放入挤花袋中,在平底盘上挤出S形状
-> 用牙签沾上红色素,点2点在饼干上做为眼睛
-> 让饼干休息2个小时上,以180°C烘烤15分钟
