Clay Pot Chicken Rice(瓦煲鹽焗雞)

Clay Pot Chicken Rice

Ingredients
-> 1 Chicken
-> 2 cups of fragrant rice
-> suffient oil

Marinade
-> 2 tbsp sugar
-> 1 tsp chicken stock
-> 2 tbsp rice wine
-> 2 tbsp ginger juice

Sauce
-> 2 spring onion (chopped)
-> 2 coriander (chopped)
-> 1 piece of ginger (chopped)
-> 1/2 tsp salt
-> 1/2 tsp chicken stock
-> 4 tbsp oil

Method
-> Marinade chicken in salt for 45 minutes
-> Then wash.Matinade for 15 minutes again.Smear oil on the chicken, keep aside
-> Add in fragrant rice and water into clay pot, bring to boil
-> Put in the chicken and close the cover
-> Use low heat simmer for 30 minutes until cook
-> Combine spring onion, coriander and ginger, add in salt and chicken stock
-> Heat up 4 tbsp of oil, then pour into ginger mixture and mix well
-> Cut chicken into bite-sizes and dish out, serve with sauce and rice


瓦煲鹽焗雞

成分
->1 只
->2杯香米
-> 少許

腌汁
- >2湯匙糖
- >1茶匙雞精
- >2湯匙米酒
- >2湯匙薑汁


- >2切碎)
- >2芫荽(切碎)
- >1生薑切碎)
- >1/2茶匙鹽
- >1/2茶匙雞精粉
- >4大匙油

方法
->雞洗淨后,用鹽腌45分鐘后,再洗淨。
->用腌汁,腌15分鐘,
->用油抹在雞上
->香米和適量的水放進瓦煲煮開
->放入雞塊,然後上蓋,慢火煮30分鐘

沾料做法
->蔥和芫荽切碎,生薑拍成薑末,攪拌均勻,加入鹽和雞精粉
->把油燒熱,淋上薑蔥后,攪拌均勻
