Steam Fish Sauce (蒸鱼酱)

Steam Fish Sauce

Ingredient
-> 2 tbsp abalone sauce
-> 1 tsp chicken stock
-> 0.25 tsp salt
-> Water as needed

Method
-> Heat the wok with oil, mix and boil the ingredient become the sauce
-> Pour the sauce on top of fish




蒸鱼酱

材料
-> 2汤匙鲍鱼酱
-> 1茶匙鸡精粉 
-> 0.25小匙的盐 
-> 水适量

做法
-> 烧热油锅,把材料煮成酱汁
-> 把酱汁淋在蒸好的鱼上即可
