Almonds Crushed Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
A:
-> 300 gm dark cooking chocolate
-> 80 gm thickened cream
-> 40 gm coconut cream
-> 50 gm salted butter
-> 100 gm almond crushed (toasted)
B:
-> 100 gm color chocolate
Topping
-> 200 gm dark cooking chocolate
-> 100 gm milk cooking chocolate
Method:
-> Heat up the thickened cream and melted the dark cooking chocolate in double boiler
-> The combine both together then put in butter, coconut cream and almond crushed stir well
-> Pour the chocolate mixture into the chocolate mould for setting
-> Melt topping chocolate in double boiler, remove the chocolate fudge from mould
-> Coat with topping chocolate and place on non-stain cloth and let cool
-> Melt color chocolate in double boiler
-> Pour into triangle folded paper, squeeze on fudge as decoration
-> Let solid and it is ready to serve
杏仁碎巧克力软糖
成分
A:
- > 300克棕褐巧克力
- > 80克淡奶油
- > 40克椰浆
- > 50克盐味黄油
- > 100克杏仁碎(烤香)
B:
- >100克颜色巧克力
外层材料
- >200克棕褐巧克力
- >100克奶油巧克力
巧克力软糖做法:
-> 棕褐巧克力弄碎,牛油弄小块
-> 将棕褐巧克力隔水炖溶,淡奶油煮熟,然后混合在一起
-> 倒入奶油,椰浆和杏仁碎搅拌均匀
-> 把巧克力浆倒入巧克力模型中凝结
-> 凝结成巧克力软糖后,取出备用
外层做法:
-> 棕褐巧克力和奶油巧克力弄碎,隔水炖溶,形成混合巧克力
-> 将巧克力软糖放入混合巧克力中
-> 巧克力软糖包裹混合巧克力后,放在油纸上,让表层凝结
-> 颜色巧克力隔水炖溶,倒入挤花袋中
-> 将颜色巧克力挤在巧克力软糖上作为装饰
