Xi Hu Sauce Fish
Ingredient
-> 1 grass crap (center section)
-> 2 spring onion (shredded)
-> 1 small piece of ginger (shredded)
Condiment
-> 2 tbsp abalone sauce
-> 1 tsp chicken stock
-> 0.25 tsp salt
-> Water as needed
Method
-> Divide fish from bottom, leaving top side intact
-> Marinade fish with salt, then steam until cook
-> Heat the wok with oil, mix and boil the condiment become the sauce
-> Pour the sauce on top of fish
-> sprinkle shredded spring onion and shredded ginger on top
西湖酱鱼
材料
-> 1块中段鲩鱼
-> 2根青葱
-> 1小块姜
调味料
-> 2汤匙鲍鱼酱
-> 1茶匙鸡精粉
-> 0.25小匙的盐
-> 水适量
做法
-> 把姜切丝,把青葱切段,切丝,备用
-> 把鲩鱼中段去鳞洗净在鱼肚切开双飞
-> 用少许盐将鲩鱼腌制,然后放进蒸笼里蒸
-> 烧热油锅,把调味料煮成酱汁
-> 把酱汁淋在蒸好的鲩鱼上,洒上葱丝和姜丝即可
