Fish Chip Crispy Batter (鱼片炸脆浆)

Fish Chip Crispy Batter

Ingredient
-> 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
-> 2 tbsp red capsicum (chopped)
-> 2 tbsp shallots (chopped)
-> 0.5 egg
-> 0.5 tsp salt
-> 0.5 tsp chicken stock
-> 2 tsp blended rice flour
-> 120 gm plain flour
-> 1 tsp baking powder
-> 60 gm cooking oil
-> 150 gm water

Method
-> Mixed well all ingredient




鱼片炸脆浆

材料
-> 2汤匙芫荽茸
-> 2汤匙红灯笼椒茸
-> 2大匙小葱头茸
-> 半粒蛋 
-> 0.5茶匙盐 
-> 0.5茶匙鸡精粉
-> 2茶匙粘米粉 
-> 120克面粉 
-> 1茶匙发粉 
-> 60克生油 
-> 150克的水  

做法
-> 将所有材料搅拌均匀
