Apple Cinnamon Tart (苹果桂皮挞)

Apple Cinnamon Tart

Ingredients
-> 250 gm salted butter
-> 60 gm icing sugar
-> 350 gm superfine flour
-> 30 gm milk powder
-> 40 gm custard powder
-> 2 egg yolk
-> 250 gm cinnamon apple filling

Method
-> Combine butter and icing sugar lightly beaten, add in egg yolk until smooth
-> Sift the flour, milk powder and custard powder, put into butter mixture well stir
-> Divide into 25 gm dough, fill in apple filling and roll round
-> Glaze with egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes




苹果桂皮挞

成分
-> 250克咸味牛
-> 60糖粉
-> 350克低筋面
-> 30奶粉
-> 40克蛋黄
-> 2蛋黄
-> 250桂皮苹果
-> 适量蛋黄

做法
-> 将咸味牛油和糖粉搅拌均匀, 加入蛋黄搅拌均匀,形成牛油混合物
-> 低筋面粉, 奶粉和蛋黄粉混合后过筛, 倒入牛油混合物中搅拌均匀
-> 将粉团分切成25克重,将粉团搓圆后包入桂皮苹果
-> 捏合后搓成圆球
-> 把蛋黄扫在苹果挞上,放入烤炉以180°C烘烤20分钟
