Tapioca Cake (木薯糕)

Tapioca Cake

Ingredients
-> 1 kg grated tapioca
-> 800 ml coconut milk
-> 300 gm castor sugar
-> 75 gm butter
-> 75 gm tapioca flour
-> 2 eggs
-> Yellow colouring (few drop)

Method
-> Mix well all the ingredients
-> Place banana leaves on the baking tray before greasing with some oil
-> Pour the batter into the baking tray
-> Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°for 1.5 hours or until cooked
-> Remove and serve when cool




木薯糕

材料
-> 1公斤木薯丝
-> 800毫升椰浆
-> 300克幼糖
-> 75克牛油
-> 75克木薯粉
-> 2粒鸡蛋
-> 黄色素(少许)

做法
-> 将全部材料,搅拌均匀
-> 在模型中铺上一层香蕉叶,然后涂上一层油
-> 把面糊倒入模型内
-> 然后放进烤炉里以200°C烘烤约1.5小时或熟
-> 取出待冷,切块即可
